Representative Jim Lucas was arrested and held in the Jackson County jail early this morning.

Casey say he drove while intoxicated and then left the scene of a crash.

He was on interstate 65 just north of Seymour.

This was around midnight and he left the scene where he had apparently crashed his vehicle.

Now most people by now have seen the mug shot.

It's not good.

The report if the police are accurate and it'll all come out even worse.
