Summary

Even though the Tar Heels lost a close game to Virginia Tech last Saturday, the atmosphere in Kenan Stadium for the game was arguably the best it has been in years. The coaching staff was able to have a large number of recruits on campus for this game, highlighted by 2019 four-star defensive back Anthony Harris from Havelock, NC and 2020 four-star O-lineman Mitchell Mayes from Raleigh NC.
