1:06.2	is anxiously awaiting to discuss and talk about crunching the numbers. But first, we'll be looking at some of the
1:12.4	key states in the upcoming 2020 election. Fox News radio national correspondent, Jared Halpern,
1:18.5	gives us an update on these closely contested states. President Trump won Iowa by nearly 10 points in
1:24.5	2016, a 15-point swing for the Republican nominee from four years prior. President
1:29.9	Obama won the state by nearly six points. One reason is pivot counties, counties that voted for
1:35.7	President Obama in 2012 and President Trump in 2016. Of Iowa's 99 counties, nearly one in three,
1:44.0	is a pivot county.
1:45.8	Ohio, another quadrenial swing state, is home to nine pivot counties,
1:50.4	making up the lion's share of the vote swing from President Obama in 2012 to President Trump in 2016.
1:57.4	Democrat Tim Ryan represents a couple of those counties in the U.S. House.
