0:57.0	that it has been a long time. It's been two weeks that we're going into the third
1:02.2	week since I put out the last episode and things are going to change around here
1:07.3	Long story short guys as I took on a job and I ended up working between like 14, 16, a couple days, 18 hours a day and it was not sustainable.
1:19.5	I could not, for the life of me I did not have time to research to put out episodes to really do anything
1:26.0	including sometimes go to the bathroom depending on if I had meetings so I left the job and I'm now
1:32.4	catching up on a lot of stuff. It was basically two and a half months
1:36.4	of 14 hours a day plus working on the weekends and unfortunately it affected the podcast.
1:43.0	I am so incredibly sorry for those of you who have been waiting and wondering what's going on.
1:48.0	That's what's been going on.
1:50.0	I would like to give you guys an update and it's going to be 10 minutes long. So if you are just like I don't care what this crazy lady has to say I just want to listen to the episode you can fast forward to roughly 10 minutes end.
