I'm great this morning, Neil. How are things back in Blakey? Good. It's warm. It's nice. Yeah, it's nice.

Well, it's warm and sunny. And that's led to, as you'll see as we go through this podcast, our producer, has got a very hot apartment which means he doesn't sleep much which means he's been up and has given me

a shopping list of news items which I feel obliged to at least mention most of them I'm not

sure I can get to all of them it has been a really really busy news week. We're touch on all of that.

We're going to wrap up our state of the franchise as well. The Buffalo Bills, the Kansas City

Chiefs and the Tampa Bay Buccaneers. So we are very close to training camps. They open next week.

And bad news for the Los Angeles Rams. Jeff, I hate this time of view, and it will happen early in training camp as well.

Rest assured, the 32 teams have these best laid plans.

Next week, a superstar is going to go down for the season.

It happens, unfortunately, all the time.

And for the Rams, it's not necessarily a superstar, but Cam Acres, their 21-year-old rookie running back last year,

had 625 yards rushing, but he actually ended the year as one of the hottest backs in the NFL.

He's torn his Achilles.

It's just a blow for somebody I think, Jeff, might have been a breakout player this coming season.

I mean, Neil, you look at what he did as a rookie,

and you project that into an offense that's led by Matt Stafford,

which is really going to take some of the load off the running game,
