Welcome to the Boneyard with Steve Robertson. As always, I am your good friend and host Steve Robertson here on the Maroon Friday edition of the yard. We might be a little abbreviated today. We'll see how it goes. But yeah, it's been a busy day already. You know, slept a little bit later to normal too. But I'm entitled. It's Friday. It's game day Eve.

We'll be back at Davis Wade Stadium to wrap up a three-game homestand against UMass tomorrow.

The regular radio affiliates and the varsity app, Mississippi State, a considerable favorite in the game. And you feel like I do.

I just want to win the game. Okay. I don't want to win 10-9, but I just want to get a win. I want to

know what that feels like again for a little bit. We've lost seven games in a row. If we don't cover, I don't care. I just want to win and look like we know what we're doing and get out of there without get anybody hurt. A lot of response to a couple shows this week, and I appreciate the feedback. But a lot of you feel like I do.

You know, it's just like, hey, we don't have a lot of choice.

That doesn't mean we're not going to talk about it every now and again either.

And that's perfectly okay.

You know, again, as I say, it all comes from a good place.

When people stop caring, that's when you got to get worried. Because when

apathy sets in, you know, that's never a good thing. You know, it's kind of like they say,

you know, the opposite of love is not truly hate its indifference because you have some level

of passion even for the things that you hate. You may not like them, but there is still

some emotional investment

in that. And so we don't need to get indifferent, and there's no reason to get indifferent,

even though it's been a very disappointing year. So appreciate your feedback, and also too,
