Mississippi State men's basketball picks up a transfer in the form of

Jabori McGee a native of McComb, Mississippi. Moved to Alabama, a product of

Winfield High School, went to Garden City Community College, had a pretty good

start to the college career,, went to Garden City Community College, had a pretty good start

to the college career, and then left Garden City and went to South Plains Community College,

where he was a 18.7 points per game scorer, and then lands at UAB, and so to be a four school

in four years. It's kind of part of the deal

that's that's the world in which we live in kids i don't think everybody fully appreciates that

a lot of people out there always think there's got to be a bigger story the story is

that uh the portal is going to change everything and it has many of you don't like it

it's part of the deal you know it's the world in which we live but McGee last year played in

37 games and started all 37 games average 25.6 minutes per game average 11.1 points per game pulling down a

couple of rebounds that got a got into a lot of foul trouble but distributed pretty
