Here on the Hub Day edition of the yard, hope things are well with you, wherever you are today.

Got a lot of college baseball to talk about today. The transfer portal is now closed for basketball too, so we'll kind of get you an update on that before we get out of here today.

And, of course, your Bulldogs take care of business against Memphis.

It wasn't a pretty game, but, you know, it ended the way it should with the Mississippi State Bulldogs winning.

So we'll break that game down.

We'll also kind of look around the Southeastern Conference at last night, but also to kind of where everybody looks kind of resume-wise heading into the final month of the season.

And it's crazy to think about that. We've mentioned it in recent days, but now we have two

midweek games left. We'll play the governor's game against Ole Miss,

win or lose, it's a quality opponent, right?

And then you got Nichols.

And that's one thing Mississippi State has been able to do this year

within a southeastern conference that nobody else has been able to do

is avoid the bad loss.

So when you think about blemishes on postseason resumes, you need to get that win over

Nickel State.

But it's not just that, the totality of the whole thing, when states lost games, with the exception

of Tennessee, it's been a highly ranked team.

So how much of that matters as we get into

seeding the NCAA tournament field kind of remains to be seen. But of the teams that

are kind of a round state, that's one metric that favors the Bulldogs, is the ability to
