You know we've been talking a lot in the last few months about court cases.

More so than, actually in the last 50 years that I've been covering this.

I've never seen the flurry of activity we have had recently.

Of course that's because of the Bruin decision from the Supreme Court.

Part of what's going on and it's going to bring us to our next

guest here, is we have states that are saying, oh yeah, well that's what the Supreme Court

says. Well we're going to have to have a response to the Supreme Court says we're going to have to have a response to the Supreme Court.

We're going to actually pass laws that fly in the face of the Supreme Court decisions.

It is the most bizarre thing, but it has changed the battlefield in gun rights from the legislative

side, the legislative side to the litigation side, at least to some extent.
