Summary

Mike and Ken kick off this supporters’ midweek episode with a discussion of the dire situation in Gaza, including consideration of what the US can do to help and Netanyahu’s endgame in his fight against Hamas (and to stay out of prison). Next, they look at a novel approach Democrats on the Senate Governmental Affairs Committee are taking to force the release of materials on Jeffrey Epstein. Following that, it’s a major housing bill that recently cleared the Senate Banking Committee in a 24-0 vote. Both Mike and Ken think it’s a good start to dealing with the housing shortage, but there’s still plenty more to be done. Ken points out that the housing affordability problem could be seen as more of a ‘wages are too low for the working class’ problem. They close with Ken answering listener questions about what he’s changed his mind on, a decent Republican policy, his major beef with the Biden administration, and one concept he wishes more conservatives understood. unfortunately, it's a thing.

And, you know, it's been, God, it's been a long time since things were good in Gaza.

But of late, there, I would say squarely in, I'd call it catastrophic territory.

And it's a starvation is a widespread problem there. According to the UN's world food

And part of this is because Israel has a big part of this, Israel has imposed really tough

Hamas from stealing food aid. And even when food is able to enter the country, getting it to people

Trump actually recently broke with, at least a little bit, with Israeli Prime Minister
