Walk me through if someone wants to start growing their personal brand,

where do they start?

So you know and you mentioned like how much you've been able to do

through your social media I think people need to understand that that is not

like a rare thing right now it's not something that just you got lucky on or some of these

individuals that we see doing at a high level get lucky.

No, it can happen for anybody in the space.

It truly is just committing to making the content, right?

And I think to get started, one, you have to decide who's your

avatar, right? Like, who are the individuals that I'm trying to reach? If you're an

investor, who are my people, who are the individuals that will invest with me?

Because that's the type of content that you want to create that would attract those type of individuals.

I think a lot of mistakes that creators are making, and when mean when I'm speaking when I say

creators I'm talking about anybody that makes content I think a big mistake that

creators make is not understanding who they're trying to attract and whether

you're in a real estate investor or an agent or in any of the real estate spaces, you

got to understand that there are different avatars of individuals that you really should be trying to attract.

Once you get that and understand what is that you need to do to attract them,

then it's just consistently creating it.

And the more eyeballs you get, the more opportunities you get.
