0:12.6	And we're going to kind of continue our conversation last week.
0:14.8	We talked about how to stay connected when you bring a new baby home.
0:20.3	And that has lots of ways that you stay connected emotionally, spiritually, physically, even

0:26.3	And so today we're going to talk about that more on the intimacy side of things.
0:31.4	And this will apply for not just bringing a baby home, but really any situation where
0:35.9	the conditions are averse to building what we're calling a one match fire.
0:41.6	Now the fire in this instance is going to be your intimacy and fire is good.
0:45.8	It warms us in the right context.
0:47.3	It can be warming, can be nourishing, comforting.
0:50.5	But it's not always easy to start a fire, especially if you're out in the wilderness
0:53.2	in a survival situation, which having a new baby sometimes feels that way and other
0:57.2	situations can feel that way as well.
