I was selling them to restaurants all around my hometown of San Diego, California.

So the first thing that I did is I bought a pack, sort of a starter pack of micro-greens

from, I think this website growing microgreens.

I'm not sure if they're still around but I bought some seeds I bought some trays and of

But you really don't need a lot to grow them. So I grew these. I had some really cool varieties. One of them was

I had a purple basil. I had some interesting microgreens in the cabbage family that have a green leaf but a red stem so a very
