Aryan Foster in studio. He joined the NFL as an undrafted free agent with the Houston Texans.

And he still holds the record for rushing yards and rushing touchdowns for the Texans.

He's now pursuing of all things a music career under the stage name Bobby Fino.

And he hosts a podcast called Now What? Welcome to the show, Aryan.

Welcome. It's pretty funny. Just before we cameras roll, we were talking about Monday for you.

After Sunday on the grid, Aryan and recovery, I'm interested to know like what it takes

to recover after a game. I'm not talking like like practices is gotta be rough enough.
