those of you who are in the upper Midwest and colder climates, really succinct in the

garden.

So, you know, Brad, I've talked with nikkijabor before who I've dubbed personally just

in my own head the queen of cold climate gardening because she's up there in Canada and does

some crazy stuff and she was talking about this winter sowing idea once and it sounds

like it's something that you employ as well.

I really appreciate it and winter sowing is we have, as we've talked in the last couple

of episodes, we have a long winter and you have to find in these cold season climates,

you have to find a way to really embrace that and to think about spring and think about summer

and think about what's coming in the future and winter sowing is a really great way to

do that.

So, winter sowing often is talked about getting, you know, peas and radishes and cool season

vegetables going.

You plant those right before it snows and then they'll come up in the spring but there's

another way that we can do it especially here in Minnesota and it's not just vegetables

for vegetable garden and those kinds of things or flowers and that way that works really
