Amanda, we have a new podcast we do on Eater's Podcast network which isn't the thing but now we have two podcasts

two shows.

Yeah, the second one is called Start to Sale. It is hosted by Aaron Patinkin and Natasha Case both very successful food entrepreneurs

And they wanted to they came to us and they wanted to do a show about business.

Food business.

What was the original pitch?

I know, I remember you came back from...

God, it was so long ago.

You came back from coffee one day and you were like,

I just had this talk with this woman, Patinkin and I was very inspired.

Loved her.

Yeah, I think they, there are so many conversations that they have between themselves

as entrepreneurs that they felt weren't really being discussed publicly.

And there's also this feeling from them that a lot of what gets covered is the very beginning of a business.

So all the grit and hard work that goes into starting something and

then the big success stories, but no one's talking about the real life of a business and

all of these moments that entrepreneurs share and all the struggles that they

share and all the hard stuff. So they wanted to talk about that. Yeah things like

raising money and deciding on marketing and getting in trouble and how you get yourself out.

Fire people and it's like when this thing goes wrong and how to completely change direction and all

that.

So we're super excited to have it on the network and we thought it would be a great idea to just give you the first episode with Christina Tossi, which is awesome.
