1:00.0	And my in-laws kind of popped this idea to us about six months ago.
1:06.8	We bought our house about two years ago and it has a very large unfinished basement.
1:12.4	And they have had this idea that when they retire, which is going to be my father and
1:17.5	I was retiring at the end of the year, that they want to kind of put some money into our house
1:23.2	and finish off our basement for them to kind of be snowbirds, to be here, go in the south
1:30.0	and then go up north, and then eventually kind of transitioned to living with us in our
1:34.8	basement.
1:36.7	And I'm not totally against the idea because we have a good relationship.
1:41.9	It would be great for our kids to have grandparents close by.
1:45.3	But I'm a little bit concerned about the long-term effect of this.
1:50.8	You know, they wouldn't really have an RLI putting money into our house.
1:55.4	Do they know that?
1:58.3	Yes, we told them that.
2:01.2	And my concern is just, you know, like what happens if they do this.
