Been busy with so many things I can hardly keep track I actually need to take a little bit of time to reflect

Because remember

Connection is important connecting with other people, connecting to a world around you, but so is reflecting.

If you're connecting, you're not reflecting.

And you need to integrate what you've done with who you are as a person.

Identity.

Identity, who am I, who are you?

We don't spend enough time thinking about it, at least not systemically, thinking about what is this thing that I am, this me, this I, how do you define it?

And we've talked before about you are what you do. A lot of people say I want to be a whatever, right? I want to be a, people tell me I want to be a writer or I want to be a sales person or I want to be a great person. I go, what'd you do today?

Well, I play video games or whatever, whatever people do.

I'm not here to judge.

People got to live their lives.

I'm not here to tell people what you have to do,

but if you say, I want to be this, then you have to do what people who are that do if you

say I want to be a writer well did you write today no then how are you to be a writer

right because we we get caught up in these then how are you going to be a writer?

Right? Because we get caught up in these definitions
