And Lakers got a blowout win last night against the New Orleans, Pelicans.

And it wasn't the fact that the Lakers won or even that they blew them out that was noteworthy to me.

It was how they did it.

The seventh straight win for the team, but going back to mid-January or even before,

the team has made most of their bones on defense.

A lot of the games that they've won good wins, wins against lesser teams have been really powered

by a defensive effort that whether the offense was there or not held them through.

But to get through 82, and I think the ideal build around LeBron at this point, I can't

believe we're here on this timeline, is to win a certain number of your games with your

offense.
