London feels broken — crime spiralling, police overstretched, public trust collapsing.
Yet instead of facing the nation, Starmer has left it to the Home Secretary and David Lammy to front the response. That's not leadership — that's avoidance. In times of crisis, a Prime Minister should lead from the front, speak directly to the public, and stand with those who are suffering.
