I'm blessed up everybody.

I don't know.

I am hymns and today in hindsight.

I feel as if some of us or a lot of us may be feeling like we're staring down a barrel

of uncertainty right now.

We know we may be feeling as if we have lost control, lost a grip on our life because

maybe it's the fact that we can't change this pandemic and it's annoying.

Let's be honest.

Or maybe we feel as if we don't have control over our finances.

That's always stressful.

Or the relationships in our life have taken their own turn and simply maybe we have taken

a loss in our own self.

This can feel suffocating.

This can leave us feeling very vulnerable and being vulnerable is a sensitive position

to be in.

Staring down the barrel with no sight of what's to have and can cause great anxiety.

I find great calm sometimes in our stresses of life.

But it hasn't always been like this.

In the past, our stresses would cripple me.

It would be so stagnant.

I'm sure this happens to a lot of us where we are fighting to find a solution, a direction

within our own mind, freeing ourselves from the entanglements of our worries, our sorrows,
