He injects a form of Red Line and takes the fight to the party.

After a brutal street brawl, the party finally brings him down, but Coe isn't finished.

Pending his one remaining arm against the twisted metal of his wreck, the cracking of bones rings through the night as he gives the first bit of information toward their next bounty.
