Well, we got lots to get to this hour. We'll get to the Mueller investigation in its latest victim.

The Manafort trial is supposed to, the prosecution wraps up today. We'll see what kind of defense they present.

I don't know what kind of defense they could present, since there know what kind of defense they could present since there are a lot of documents,

a lot of paperwork, a lot of paper trail showing what happened, but we'll see.

And you never know.

The jury could let a man afford off the hook.

You never know.

Looks guilty as can be of these things, but it does look like a ridiculous witch hunt.

He's only being prosecuted because of the Trump stuff.

The FBI investigated all this Manifort stuff years ago and then dropped it all.

So we'll see. This jury could go either way.

And even if he's convicted, he might have a shot on an appeal of getting this thing overturned because,

as I said, the FBI investigated Manafort years ago. I guess they saw what he did, but they

didn't think there was enough evidence or there wasn't. It was only because Mueller did this awful

middle of the night raid into Manafort's house, guns drawn, they terrified his wife.

That's where they got the additional evidence.

So you never know on an appeal.

They might be able to convince an appellate court that that raid was unjustified based on the case at the time

and that the evidence should be thrown out obtained by that raid.

If that's the case, you never know.

Manafort could win on appeal. But, but we'll talk about all of that coming up. Hey, one good thing about
