Hey everyone. I'm your other host, Caitlin. And welcome to this special kind of bonus episode where we're doing a recap of our trip to Japan, Star Wars Celebration, Japan, Disney in Tokyo, all of it. We were there for a long time, guys.

Two and a half weeks. It feels like a little bit longer, weirdly. And I think I'm just at the point where now I am not jet lagged anymore personally. I still am waking up weirdly early, but it's okay.

You know, it's okay. I think you're struggling a little bit more than I am.

I think it's like the three o'clock crash is hitting me a lot harder now than it usually does during a normal boring workday because

it's like 4 a.m. in Japan, but I will say I don't think I've made it past midnight since we've been

home and we've been home for about a week, which honestly, I don't usually stay up that late anyway,

but I have been going to bed earlier the past couple of days than I would normally.

So I really don't know where I am in the jet lag journey, but I'm excited to be talking about our trip because I feel like a lot of people that Star Wars celebration was kind of the end of their Japan trip.

And so then they went home and they've like been home for a couple of weeks,

whereas we had a whole other week in Japan after Star Wars Celebration.

And then we went home.

So I don't know.

It feels like we're kind of behind on getting this recap out.

And there was obviously a lot to talk about with Star Wars Celebration Yeah, absolutely. Just one note on the jet lag. Yesterday, I was at a baby shower

and someone told me that it's a day for every hour you change to get over jet lag. And I really

liked that because that really went with my, it takes two weeks

to be 100% normal vibe. Because then that would be what, like 12, 13 hours, 12, 13 days.

So if you're still struggling and you're still like just recently coming back from Japan,
