and Lacey how's it going guys are you uh you fresh off the weekend fresh off uh the Emmys uh I didn't

I don't watch award shows you guys watch awards shows I know no do you Yeah. Are you a big award show person?

No, but I watch them.

Yeah, okay. Yeah, I always feel like, I feel almost obligated to watch them sometimes, especially if, you know, you hop on a social media and that's in that bubble.

That's what everyone's talking about and you want to just kind of find out what's going on.

But something about award shows is just, I don't know if pretentious is the word to me,

but I just like the older I get, the less I care about who wins.

Like, is it a thing where fans feel validated in their fandom of something?

If it wins, is that?

I don't know.

I think you just want to see your favorite people get recognized for their work yeah and it's also interesting to me to see what

the industry sees as the top choices in their their movies and stuff yeah fair fair

I don't follow anything other than like Oscars Academy Awards, like Emmys.

I understand that's basically the same thing but for TV and today's age are kind of

blurring together.

Yeah.

But the reason I watch the Academy Awards is I want to be, I want to be aware, even if I don't

see the movies, like I want to be aware that those are the

movies that are considered. These are the people that were considered. It's kind of one of the

things like, you know, I don't know, like when you're having that everyday conversation and people

are like, oh, that person. And you're like, well, is that for best, you know, actor last year or whatever, you know,
