Hello and welcome to Sky Talkers. I'm your host Charlotte.

Hey everyone. I'm your other host, Caitlin, and welcome to the third and final installment of our summer series all about the Lucasfilm Animation Department. We have come to the end of the line. We've arrived in 2020 for better or worse. We're here. We're here. Well, first we're starting in 2018, but eventually we will get to the present day 2020, this hellish year in which amazing animation came out, though.

Very true. Yeah. And in a lot of ways, I would say it's the highlight of 2020 for me.

So we'll get to that. But I feel like we're at the

end of our series. You know, we started way, way with, with the holiday special. Just, you know,

wistfully thinking about those, those days, two days ago when we recorded that of BobaFat.

And now we're here.

We finally made it.

Well, what's funny is for this series, Charlotte and I have actually recorded each episode.

We've recorded all of them in one week.

So we've done a whole week where each night we've recorded a different part, which we've never done this before as far as like any of our series. We've usually recorded them

like a week or a week and a half in between, anything like that. So it was way back when we talked

about 1978 in the holiday special, which was 48 hours ago.

Indeed. Indeed.

Yeah.

We've basically been living in the animation department even more than we usually do

this week.

So it's been a lot of fun.
