I'm Aaron and we're back. It's been it's been a long time. It's been a long road. I just probably

should use those words here. It's been a while, but we are back for the season two preview.

Because Star Trek Picard is coming back in exactly a week as of the time you're listening to this.

Assuming you click at the moment it comes out and we're kind of excited to see what the heaven

store for us in the second season. Or at least I am. I don't know Aaron how you feel about it. I'm in a

weird spot because we've not been in this position very often in which you know we get we get

screeners they got embargoed what you can and can't talk about and like I guess if I'd known

the weed bees embargoed as we were I would have done a preview before because I can't say

anything about what I think about right to two episodes I've seen so we're going to comment on

like I guess public information. I will say a lot there's a lot of stuff in that trailer.

There's a lot of stuff in the trailer. I will say that in the years since the Picard season one

came out a lot of things have happened. But one thing is as we started watching Star Trek

the next generation episodes every Sunday night with the fan base. And spending the last two

years tragically the live watches were ripped from us when Paramount retained exclusive rights to

Star Trek the next generation and Amazon lost them in January of this year. But I just got such a

great appreciation for the show all over again like our regular audience is made up of early 20

somethings to you know people in their 50s and just seeing all the multi-generational love for

the show and like appreciating like when it can be at its best and when it can be like goofy and fun

and lighthearted and like all the memes about you know Riker and Picard and War of the day.

And it's just so much fun and it like it reminded me of why I thought next generation was so cool

in the first place. And it had to be very very excited when I started seeing stuff about Star Trek
