Summary

In the Star Trek: Deep Space Nine episode, "Shakaar," Kai Winn has added a title. She’s now also First Minister of the Bajoran Provisional Government. She’s got a problem though: A few farmers in Kira’s home province - farmers who were in her resistance cell - are resisting some of Winn’s demands. Could Kira talk to them for Winn? Sure.
