Millennials moving out of big cities.

That started before COVID and is accelerated with COVID.

Where are millennials going?

It used to be New York, Chicago, LA, you knew the places that young, ambitious people

who wanted the bright lights of the big city were headed.

Not anymore.

They're headed to Texas, Colorado, Washington, Arizona, specifically Denver, Seattle, Phoenix,

Austin, saw the biggest bump.

For instance, this list, Austin, Phoenix, Nashville and Tampa, three of those four towns.

I personally know people that are headed to.

Yeah, me too.

The country's going to look different.

A lot of those places they were going are too crowded, but I don't know how that works

out with the rents and the office space and stuff like that.

The shakeout on that is going to be crazy.

Yeah, I think you'll probably see different numbers in about a year given the sea changes
