You might recognize him as Kolojolo from a Bronx tale or Matthew Bevelaqua from season two of the Sopranos. This guy is an amazing story, okay? He started off as a child actor.

He got discovered when he was 15 years old by Robert De Niro to play the part of C in a Bronx

tale. Then went on to have a really good career, but unfortunately he became a junkie.

And in 2005, he was breaking into somebody's house, and he ended up being involved in a cop

killing, which sent him to prison for almost 10 years. Now he's out. He runs a sober living

house. He's back acting, writing, and producing, and he's here to tell us about his arc,

how he made it out of the depths and back into society. This was one of my favorite episodes we've ever done.

He is everything you think he could be and more.

That's when I see lights behind me start to flash. And I didn't even think, I just hit it. I was driving like my life depended on. Then I parked the car, popped out, closed the door, and I started running. And he pulls out a burner, shank, it's like six inches.

And he passes it to me.

And he goes, here, that's yours.

He was the reason I made it out of that place alive.

So did you know wise guys and yonkers growing up?

Or did you know of them in the neighborhood?

We see them around now.

That's just like a part of that whole culture, growing up Yonkers, the Bronx. Wow. You see that all the time. Still, you still see big guys. Are we on the record right now? Yeah. Oh, okay. Yeah, yeah. So, but you still see that, you know, Italian organized crime in the boroughs, like when you go up to. Yeah, I mean, you see, like, you know... You don't see them down here. You do, I mean, I was, I'm staying in little Italy while I'm in New York. There is no, like, you know, track-suited, uh, gold chain guys walking around, you know, giving little kids dollar bills. Like, that is done. Yeah, but I think that's more of like a caricature of what,

you know what I mean? Yeah. Sometimes you would these, like some of these guys would walk right

by and you wouldn't even know that, that, you know, like, it's much, like, I got to say,
