How are you? I have a lot going on in my personal life that's causing a lot of uncertainty and drama and stress, but I'm handling it very well

Working out again has really helped me I don't think I told you

But after they announced last week that they freaking are putting us on lockdown again

I found a zoom class like an online live zoom you need to know what works for you

Okay, there's plenty of on-demand apps like Peloton or whatever it is I need

Live I need to have a reason to wake up early

I need to have an instructor that's expecting me an instructor that can be looking at me and correcting me

And the one that I'm doing I love so much because they limit it to a certain amount of people and the instructors can see you and they give you corrections and all that

I love it so much I even reached out to them trying to like how can it be a part of this?

So like I'm not talking to them to see if I can like promote them or become a partner or something because
