Hi, Tara. This is an exciting episode, not because of the episode we're going to talk about, but because of the

podcast episode. Because this is the last Gilmore to say episode that we're recording before the two of

us meet. I know. Right. Wait, are you going to tell them about that? We're not going to let it be a surprise.

Oh, you're right. Because by the time it happens, it'll already air. Yeah, by the time this air is, we will have met this weekend. Oh my God.

It's so exciting. I'm so excited. It doesn't feel real. Yeah. Like it literally doesn't feel real.

Because I know you very well, but you and I have never met. I know. Do people know that this

happens over FaceTime? They must. I mean, I will say that our recording is pretty great considering we do this from a distance. Yeah. Yeah. But we are not. No, we are not. We are 800 miles away. We are very far apart from each other. This weekend we will be zero inches away from each other. I know. It's so true. I can't wait. Oh my God. It's going to be so weird, but we can no longer say we've never met,

which is kind of like a unique part of our relationship. I know. Someone asked on our Patreon

comment today, are you like, are you two ever going to meet? Well, plot twist. And I kind of wanted to

I kind of wanted to be like, no, we're never going to meet. This podcast yeah our live events I'll be in one room and you'll be in the

other yeah you know what's funny though is I've we've talked about this before I think you're really

tall I know I think you're really tall too I don't know why I think because I'm a short girl and you are

also a short girl so we think each other are tall girls no yeah you're 53 right3, right? Yeah. I am too. We're going to be

the same exact height. Oh, I can't wait. And it's so funny because this was a very impromptu.

We're going to. And also, we thought we were going to. And then like the idea was taken away.

And you're like, no, actually it's not going to happen. And then you were like, no, it's actually happening. And then last night you were like, no, I don't have a legal form of identification. I can't get on a plane. I was like, okay, it's not going to happen. And then you were like, no, I figured it out it's going to happen. So there's still time, but I think it's going to happen. There's still plenty of days before I leave for this to get messed up again. But I am very, very pumped. It's going to be great. It won't change anything about this, but it's just exciting. Oh, no, it's just, yeah, it's exciting because it's so hilarious that we know each other as well as we do,

that we spend as much time together as we do. We've known each other for over a year. Oh, I know.

We've had this podcast for like eight months and here it's time. We actually started recording

episodes for this podcast about a year ago this time
