Summary

Today's episode is incredibly insightful & will help you in both your running and life.

I have the privilege of speaking with Tai Dinger again on the podcast.

Tai has run 3:57 in the Mile & 13:23 in the 5k. He was 3rd at the US Road 5k Champs in 2023 and has a few other top-10 finishes on the roads.

Tai holds a BS in Biology and a Masters in Management science and Engineering from Stanford University. He also has a PhD in Health Policy.

He is currently attending Harvard for Law School. I'd be willing to bet this is the wisest guy you'll listen to today.

In today's conversation, Tai takes me through his past year of going all-in on running, what Coach Milt taught him about how you can have everything, but not at once, his studies and what they've taught him, pacing Elise Cranny in her buildup to the Olympics, and so much more!

A lot of wisdom in this one. Perfect for your next run.

Tap into the Tai Dinger Special.

If you enjoy the podcast, please consider following us on Spotify and Apple Podcasts and giving us a five-star review! I would also appreciate it if you share it with your friend who you think will benefit from it.

If this episode blesses you, please share it with a friend!
