All right, hello everybody. Happy Monday. If you're thinking omelette, you sound

semi-cycly right now. It's because I have a cold. And I'm subjecting Scott to it. Scott's in

the producer's bay. I'm holding my breath. Taylor is not here today, but he will be back on Wednesday.

Let's get into the stories from this very morning, this very auspicious Monday.

Here is representative Katie Porter of the US Senate, who was recently on Bill Marr show

to discuss a multitude of topics, but the topic of Riley Gaines came up. You all know Riley Gaines

is the NCAA female swimmer who is an actual biological female who was forced to compete against

Leah Thomas. And Riley Gaines has spoken out about Leah Thomas's presence, not only on the female

end of the swimming, but also in female spaces, and particularly vulnerable ones like locker rooms.

Now, representative Katie Porter says she disagrees with Riley Gaines somehow, in some way,

shape or form. Let's hear her try to defend those views when talking appears more in Bill Marr.

She should be able to have a civil debate. Nobody, including Riley Gaines, who I disagree with,

strongly should be should disagree with that of interest. I think that it should be up to sporting

bodies to make their decisions about who and what she said is actually wrong. I think that what

she has done is try to turn this. We talked about people becoming using things to kind of get

likes and get clicks. That's not what she's doing. I mean, I've got no chocolate for
