0:52.1	What does it mean to be an active citizen in the world today?
0:55.2	Now the basic definition of active citizen is a person who gets involved in their

1:02.8	For example, they will vote in all the elections, attend local school board meetings or city council
1:08.0	meetings for that matter, or maybe even be an involved volunteer in the community. Now you might be thinking well that
1:14.0	sounds great for some people but I'm really too busy to do all that. But what
1:18.7	happens when we as Christians don't step in and take care of our communities and our neighborhoods.
1:24.0	Well, the chaotic and challenging circumstances that are surrounding many of us right now
1:29.0	are perhaps the result of a lack of active Christian citizenship.
