Unfictional is a program of true stories and personal documentaries and on this

episode standing over the bed. When the sun went down and it was night, I remember just not feeling safe.

This is the asleep stuff, like when I was actually sleeping, that just didn't feel like normal dreams or even normal

nightmares.

And really going to bed should be a peaceful and relaxing thing. You slip under the covers, you're exhausted

after a long day, you close your eyes and slowly drift off to sleep, the most

peaceful relaxing thing there is except when it isn't.

I had this really vivid dream where I woke up in my house and my house was dark.

I was trying to get out of bed and I couldn't move

and I was moving just super slow room.

And when I got out of my bedroom into the dining room area I could

hear this voice I could hear that someone was sitting on the couch in the dark.
