I know that you probably might have noticed I've skipped a couple episodes.

It's because I've been working on setting up a different format for the show, kind of halfway there, so I just thought I'd jump in and begin.

Here's what I'm doing. I'm going to be

making art and so are my guests and we're also going to be talking about art, life, telling

stories and making art all at the same time. So I want to invite you to also get in motion

She's visiting from Yorkshire, England, and ran into her in the halls, and she's here with me today.

I first met Louise a few years ago, five or six years ago, when she came through the

Creative Visionary Program, and she just exploded. And as many of you know, she helps so many

thousands of people getting unlocked in their creativity. She's a force. She's an inspiration.

And I'm just super inspired to be here with you and making art. So thank you. Thanks for me.

I am slightly nervous. I was telling Nick that the idea of it's fine doing the chat.
