Welcome in, friends. This is a new edition of the Maddow Chicago Hockey Podcast.

My name is James Nevo from NBC Chicago. With me, as always, is Jay Zawaski of Odyssey,

of WBBM, of bestselling author, fame, and the Guy Fatt podcast. This is an episode of the show that we have known has been coming for quite some time.

And now it's officially here.

The Jenner & Block report on the Black Hawk Sexual Abuse scandal has been released today.

Lots of damning new revelations within that document. Al McIsaac and Stan Bowman, both no

longer with the Blackhawks organization. And now Joel Quinville and Kevin Chevaldaiof both

also find themselves under fire after the release of that document today. Obviously, Jay, this has been

a really emotionally taxing day for a lot of Black Hawk fans of victims of sexual assault.

It's been a long time coming, and now that it's here and now that the kind of fallout has begun, I guess it's time to kind of start going through this and just to kind of

talk through both our feelings on the situation and what exactly that report entails.

Yeah. It's a it's a day full of mixed emotions and the motion I'm feeling most is

fury because yeah, you know, we got wind of what was happening.

And, you know, we read some of the allegations.

We read some of the things that have been coming out since the story broke earlier this year.
