My name is Christine Blackburn, and I'm here with Hadas Finneyney and we're coming to you from the headquarters of Facebook in Menlo Park, California.

0:43.1

Why you might ask. Yes, why are we coming from the Facebook headquarters? Because the topic

0:46.9

that we have been brought today by our guest, Charles Freericks, is stalking. Stocking.

0:51.6

And Facebook to me turns me into an involuntary stalker.

0:55.4

Wow.

0:55.6

I have, like, way too much.

0:56.9

I feel, I'm always talking to people like, hey, did you come back from New Jersey?

1:00.8

Hey, how was your meal at that restaurant?

1:02.7

It's like, I shouldn't have this information.

1:04.6

You know, that's so funny.

1:05.7

You just said that.

1:06.6

Because Sean Merrick, here is a sound engineer here at Side Show Network, I just passed him in the hallway and I said, hey, I heard your, you know, I saw your sister was in town. Like, why would I know that? Right. You never met her sister. You never will meet his sister. That is very humorous. Yeah, it's not, yeah. So I feel like it's bad. But I especially feel like it's bad because I'm being forced into it and I have no interest in other people at all.

1:28.6

But real people who are like borderline stalkers would be like, yeah, I'm your, you know, first of all, the word friends just throws you. I have definitely blocked people first of all on Facebook and on Twitter. But on Facebook specifically, I, you know, if I get a creepy message or even a message that even is slightly creepy, I block them right away.

1:47.2

But it's interesting because our topic tonight is stalking. Yes. But I did not go that direction. I did not go to Facebook direction. This is close as I've not been stalked and I haven't stalked anybody. Also, I did just have a weird thing on Facebook. I'm friends with Tim Meadows, like I've ever met Tim Meadows, of course, from Saturday Night Live and one of my favorite movies, Dewey Cox, Walk Hard. Walk Hard. I love that. And he's, so I follow him, and I think it said, Tim, Tim Meadows is at Los Angeles International Airport. It's not a post. It's just like your phone automatically says where you were. Yeah, so he's letting his, in other words, sometimes it'll say, you know, like Facebook wants to allow us to find your location or know your location. And you have to say allow or don't allow. Right. So he allowed it. So I just happened to come up while I was there. So it was the very first person I put on a thing.

2:52.6

Thanks for the info, said Tim Meadow stalker. Yeah, exactly. And he then responded and was mean to me, but I believe he was being humorous. Well, there are different types of stalkers. And when I was looking it up and looking into it. Yeah, talk about real ones. Well, no, no, that's very real. and I guess it would go under the cyberstocking is what you're talking about. Ah, yes, the cyberstocking.

2:53.7

Because I was going into it. Well, no, no, that's very real. And I guess it would go under the cyberstocking is what you're talking about. Ah, yes, the cyberstocking. Because I was going old school. I was going old school stalker. Well, first of all, you know, there's psychotic stalkers and non-psychotic stalkers. Yes. I think they both are, you know. Well, yeah, well, no, there's, there's, there's, no, because psychotic means you have an actual.

3:11.2

A delusion. yes i think they both are you know well yeah well no there's there's there's no because
