So Jeremy, after all the dramas of the first four days, was this, it wasn't a damp square,

but was this a little bit more of what we should expect at a grand tour?

It's the race settling down.

Yes, it was a bit more of a kind of a run-in-the-mill day in terms of there was a breakaway

that kind of eventually got reeled in and you know some last ditch

attempts to stay away from that break and then a spill there was there were a couple of spills

in the last 10 kilometers or so and then a pell-mell sprint which was won by Enrico

battaline so in terms of the overall standings it didn't really have any great impact apart from on Miguel Anghan Lopez, Colombia, who was really relegated and is now

nearly two minutes down on the pink jersey. So he's having a mayor so far.
