Good morning.

Thank you for tuning into this is hell.

Usually you'd hear Chuck talking right now, but Chuck is still on vacation.

So it is me, Lindsay Gory, Sandboard producer of this is how and I'm here to play back another interview from the

past because they're still relevant today and a lot of new ways too.

So speaking of which if Chuck were here he would typically ask me what's new with me but he's not here so I'm just

gonna talk to myself and who I presume is listening to about what's new so yeah you were just

listening to Ebo Taylor if you were here before the show started, and I was listening to him because he's going to be playing at Talia Hall this Thursday, and my friend D'Anjema, D'Anjma Gaskin, plays in Chicago Afro Beat Orchestra, and is going to be opening at that show, and that's going to be really cool.

I was just yesterday playing, I play the flute, and I was just playing a doing an improv thing

with Dantama and our friend Betty Betty Eredia who has a show on lump and radio

if any of you guys are Lumbin Radio fans since this show does play on Lumbin.

She has a show called Isms, it's really fun.

She's an awesome DJ. So that was fun, and also my dad is in town.

So it's a pretty crazy week.

My dad is in town, I got more information on his convention.

It is a National association of letter carriers,

National Biennial Convention.

They do it every two years, but it's been four years because of COVID.

It's my dad's first

time going. He's been a letter carrier for almost 40 years. He just turned 65
