So many of us have been shocked and horrified by the details that have been emerging from the Sean Combs trial.

Dawn Richard returned to the stand, and she testified last week that she witnessed Sean Combs attack his ex-girlfriend, Casey Ventura, with a skillet filled with eggs.

Now, Richard did sue Combs last year. She alleged that he

groped, assaulted, and imprisoned her. Also threatened her life when she tried to intervene in

defense of Ventura. And Combs is now facing five criminal counts, one count of racketeering

conspiracy, two counts of sex trafficking

by force, fraud and coercion, and two counts of transportation to engage in prostitution.

But this trial has raised so many questions. How did he gain so much power over her?

How did her family and friends respond to the signs?

What prevented her from seeking help in this situation? And we decided let's turn to an expert.
