Summary

Today on the Podcast we welcome back the beautiful, the inspiring, the focused, and enlightened, Stacey Leigh Barnes. Like last season we are choosing a word to focus on. Today’s word is CHANGE. Who knew that 2020 would have the amount of change that we have had to endure. Stacey and I have a heart to heart talk about change. Change is always coming. More this year then most, but it is always coming. How do we handle it? That is the control we have. The change that is coming is often out of our control, but how we handle it is always in our control. We talk about what we need to do to handle change with grace and empathy. I hope that you enjoy this episode and take away something that is useful to you, with the change in your life, that you are experiencing.
