Of all the hotly contested races in the 2018 midterms, none attracted more attention than the Georgia gubernatorial election,

that pitted democratic nominee and former minority leader of the Georgia House of Representatives, Stacey Abrams, against Republican candidate Brian Kemp,

who also happened to be Georgia's Secretary of State, the very person in charge of overseeing that election.
