Welcome to our Dilly Rosary meditation. Let's begin in the name of the Father and the Son and the Holy Spirit.

0:04.7

Amen. Let's call to mind all those we've promised to pray for. Today is the feast of St. Martha.

0:18.7

In Luke chapter 10, Jesus came to a village, and a woman named Martha welcomed him into her house and she had a sister called Mary, who sat down at the Lord's feet and listened to him speaking.

0:26.4

Now Martha, who was distracted with all the serving, said, Lord, do you not care that my

0:32.0

0:36.0

Please tell her to help me.

1:48.0

Oh, and by the way, it was probably as a result of the hospitality and friendship that Jesus raised their brother

1:56.0

Lazarus from the dead and that all three became Saints.

2:01.8

So this shows us that God's original plan is still in effect and that plan is that faith

2:11.2

should come through friendship.

2:15.0

Faith should be passed on from parents to children and from friends to friends.

2:20.0

God comes to people through other people, but that means some person has to do the inviting and the hospitality and create the atmosphere for the relationships.

2:35.0

That's Martha.
