0:24.7	your story with how did you get into real estate? Well, first off, I appreciate you having me
0:30.7	own. I basically been in it my whole life. For me, it wasn't really getting into real estate.
0:37.4	I grew up in real estate.
0:39.0	So my dad started doing this in the late 80s.
0:43.0	Growing up at the dinner table, we were talking real estate and deals and rehabs and strategies.
0:50.4	And that's just how I grew up in it.
0:52.5	And then as I got into my middle teenage years, at 15, he had me on rehab crews.
0:59.4	And I was rehabbing and gutting houses.
1:02.0	And then I did that through college.
1:04.6	And then before I graduated, I got into property management.
1:07.8	And then I got my broker's license and just kind of went through from
1:12.1	top to bottom or bottom to top however you want to say it just went through the whole process
1:16.2	of learning how all this stuff works amazing so interesting because I surround my kids with
1:24.0	real estate talk or at the dinner table and I'm doing everything I can to excite them
1:29.9	about real estate and none of them have really caught the bug yet. I'm wondering what did your dad
1:35.8	do to help you? Not that I want to make my kids invest in real estate, although they do own rentals
1:40.9	in their names, but they're not, they're just like, it's a thing over there
1:44.2	and somebody else is dealing with it.
1:45.5	I wonder what your dad did?
1:47.5	More so, my dad was my best friend and I wanted to be just like my dad.
