Tonight we have a special rosary to St Joseph, entitled to St Joseph's Place.

they just heard a talk on consecration to St Joseph and now we're going to pray.

That's called to mind wherever in the presence of Almighty God in whom we live, move and have our being.

We have our prayer petitions up here, all the prayers in your heart, bind them together, at least spiritually, put them in the bag, submit them on our petition list.

We pray for all the children who've been submitted who have illnesses. There have been so many.

We pray for all of them. We pray for our country. We pray for our priests. My father and I lives in a valley up in the mountains of

southern Colorado. Looking out the living room windows, the radiantly beautiful mountains surround you and create a

panorama of snow caps, trees and hills framing the river that runs on the edge of

his property. It was in this living room that I recently had a conversation about the veneration of Saints.

We talked about how strange it sounds to say,

I have seen the foot of Mary Magdalene. The rest of her bones are scattered throughout Italy,

or the head of St. Catherine is here, her thumb is there, not sure where the rest of her is.

Why is it that we venerate the bones of

belongings of saints? Well there have been countless miracles associated with

touching and revincing the relics of saints. But why would God work miracles through Saint bones?
