Our Rosary tonight is entitled St. Teresa Benedicta of the

cross, otherwise known as St. Edith Stein, easy for me to say, and we'll offer this up for all of our Rosary Petitions.

And in a special way tonight, I want to offer this Rosary for unwed mothers,

for them to receive the grace and blessings of God since they accepted life

and now that they can receive the grace to raise that life.

Today's the feast day of St. Edith Stein, a Jewish convert to

Catholicism who became a Carmelite nun and took the name Teresa Benedicta of the Cross. She was captured by the Nazis in Holland and executed

at Auschwitz August 9, 1942. Her feast day comes at a providential time. I've received numerous comments from our
