0:11.9	adventure. I'm happy to share a little bit about that. And of course, not too much because you got to go

We have a lot to go over today. So before that, of course, the Loopcast brought you by the Loop, every Catholic American's favorite morning newsletter. What we will be covering today is we had some breaking news as of this morning. The SSPX has put out a statement
0:39.2	saying that they are going to move forward and consecrate their own bishops. This is a seismic
0:43.9	announcement. Harkens back to John Paul II. They had a meeting with Pope Leo that was kind of
0:50.6	on my radar a little bit earlier. It looks like it did not go well. So we're going to give you
0:54.0	a little bit of background on that situation. The second situation we have is a landmark legal case for detransitioners. Erica was following it closely over the weekend, and it really does set a standard and a precedent going forward for how we litigate a lot of those cases. So we're going to cover that second. And then finally, the government is shut down. I felt like it was such a non.
1:14.4	It's a smaller shutdown. It's technical. I'll cover that. And then I also did, of course, sprinkling at the end of there. We got a massive drop of the Epstein files and part of the Epstein Transparency Act. Josh loves that so much. But I just have a little tidbit on that. But of course, we have good news. We have Twilight Zone. Everything you should expect from a great loopcast. But before we get that, we got to talk about our friends over at the Cardinal Newman Society. Now, I was thinking about this. I tried to say that I was the floor for Newman Guy graduates and that

1:49.7	that suggested that I flipped that. And then I was also thinking about people must think I'm the
1:55.4	biggest jerk in the world to come on and make a joke about how I am somehow the kind of the

2:06.4	I'm very proud to represent my alma mater, Ave Maria University, everywhere I go.
2:11.8	I was actually just hanging out with some Aves over the weekend.
2:14.8	And of course, they are stamped by the Cardinal Newman Society.
2:18.8	And so the Newman Guide is the gold standard resource to help families find faithful Catholic
2:23.8	education, regrettably, it goes without saying, not to name names, but every school or a college
2:28.8	that calls itself Catholic might not be authentic, authentically Catholic and faithful to the teaching of the church.
