And when I was reading this, I like stopped there. And I said, okay, so the metaphorical meaning of wises serpents.

Well, I guess I've always just read that as well. So I guess that means that serpents are wise.

And we should be wise. But he started that where you read, he started that with the well known fact about the snake.

You're right. That's true. That it offers its whole body to assailants in place of its head.

You know, and I'm like, I didn't know that about snake.

I know.
